Charnette Munroe, Ph.D - Primary Therapist
Received her Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of South Florida. Charnette completed her postdoctoral and doctoral internships at the Dallas Veterans Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Her areas of professional and research interest include working with anxiety, depression, geriatrics, women’s issues, addictive behaviors, grief and loss, behavior management and health behaviors and cognitive assessment. Charnette’s use of therapeutic modalities is eclectic with emphasis on cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, acceptance and commitment, and existential therapies.
