Jacquelyn FetzerJacquelyn Fetzer – Director of Admissions

 

Has worked for Lifeskills since 2000, starting as residential staff member. Jackie currently manages the admissions process including taking the initial call from the referent, potential patient or family member. She conducts the admissions assessment, collects collateral clinical information from current and previous treatment providers, and coordinates internally the approval process of accepting a patient into treatment. In addition, Jackie is a great referral resource to anyone in need of treatment services nationwide. Lifeskills South Florida is a place where second chances become new beginnings. Since 1991, we’ve offered residential, transitional and outpatient mental health treatment to men and women ages 18 and over who are facing the challenges of psychiatric disorders, trauma-based disorders and chemical addictions. Located near white sands and sunlit beaches in Deerfield Beach, Florida, Lifeskills provides a safe and caring environment for adults who are focused on long-term health, healing and recovery.
