Stephanie StarrStephanie Starr, LCSW – Family Therapist

 

Received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida and her Master of Social Work from Barry University. She has been licensed in Florida since 1998 and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. Prior to joining Lifeskills South Florida, Stephanie had worked in numerous clinical settings including: inpatient & outpatient treatment centers, residential extended care, schools, and private practice. She brings over 20 years of experience in providing therapy to children, adolescents, families, adults and geriatrics in individual, family and group settings.

Lifeskills South Florida is a place where second chances become new beginnings. Since 1991, we’ve offered residential, transitional and outclient mental health treatment to men and women ages 18 and over who are facing the challenges of psychiatric disorders, trauma-based disorders and chemical addictions. Located near white sands and sunlit beaches in Deerfield Beach, Florida, Lifeskills provides a safe and caring environment for adults who are focused on long-term health, healing and recovery.
