Amanda has worked in behavioral health services for several years supporting the growth and healing of children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in both Broward and Palm Beach Counties. In her role as a therapist, Amanda has served individuals and families within the community helping people to reach the best versions of themselves. She has worked extensively with mental health and substance use concerns with a focus in adolescent and young adult trauma providing a strength-based, person-centered, and trauma informed quality of care. During her years providing mental health counseling, Amanda created long-lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships within the community, leveraging these partnerships to connect those in need with the best possible providers. Amanda received her master’s degree in Applied Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. Amanda is a native of South Florida and currently resides in Palm Beach County with her husband, her rescue mix Roxie, and her golden retriever Blair.
