Heather has worked in the fitness industry for over 28 years, and has been a nationally certified personal trainer for the past 17 years. She specializes in weight management, endurance, strength, and sports specific training. The Metabolic Fitness groups that she facilitates at Lifeskills are specifically tailored to meet the needs of the individual client in weight loss, increasing strength, regaining balance and coordination or improving flexibility. The goal is to make sure the clients fitness needs are met and to improve their overall self-esteem, health and wellness. Increasing self-confidence, mind-body awareness and mastery of skill are at the heart of Heather’s’ work.
